Weapons Detector
Our walk-through Concealed Weapons Detector (CWD) uses special software which displays and tracks multiple persons carrying concealed weapons. It uses advanced, completely passive, sensor technology to detect accurately the location and number of concealed weapons, such as knives, guns, and razor blades. Simultaneously, it discriminates personal artifacts such as coins, keys and belt buckles. The technology displays an objects' location as a graphic overlay on an image of the scanned person. The product does not interfere with any medical devices, including pacemakers.
Body cavity object identification is an advantage of this has over ordinary metal detectors while also locating threat objects that have been covered or “masked” with aluminum foil or other materials.
This detector uses a Windows-based operating system and Personal Computer which establishes a new industry standard of simplicity for plug and play system integration. This can include additional closed circuit television, two-way voice communication, door interlock, access control systems, and other biometric identification systems.
