Repair and Maintenance Services
Service Agreement :
Sign up for our repair and maintenance service and get an excellent value for money. The Service agreement consists of two options:
1) Long Term Basic : Signed for a minimum period of one year
2) Time and Material Basic : Pay only for the time spent and parts used in bringing your equipment back to life
Warranty Plan :
The warranty plan includes service on new systems, parts and labor plus technical support related to hardware for a period of six months to one year from the date of purchase depending upon the type of product. Warranty on parts is covered against any manufacturer defect or failure. The warranty period may be extended with additional charge.
